One of the best experiences I have had with a home vendor. I originally called for a quote in July and was told they could do a quote soon but work was already pushed to late August. At that time I felt I was in a hurry and told them "No thank, you". Shortly after ending that call another member of the family called me back and apologized but wanted to explain their product and the difference between it and normal epoxy options. He was not pushing a sale but wanted me to understand the difference and also offered to be a resource for me if we chose to go with someone who could do the work sooner. I was so impressed with the conversation, the knowledge and the fact I was "put first" that I told them to come out for the quote. I already had a traditional epoxy quote from another vendor and Cardinal was very up front their pricing would be higher as the product was superior. Instead of just saying this, they explained the process, the product, the differences and offered a FIFTY (50) year guarantee. While speaking to the person, I learned it was a family owned business and also a Veteran owned business. I like supporting local, small business and I definitely like supporting Veterans. Couple that with superior product, and superior customer service and I was sold. The price was around 20% higher than an epoxy seal but I was completely convinced of the superiority of this product and I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". My install was done yesterday and I could not be happier. The follow up once our appointment was scheduled through the crew arriving yesterday was timiely and organized. Not a single delay or reschedule. Crew arrived 10 minutes prior to the our appointment and worked non-stop. They were incredibly friendly and explained each step of what they would be doing. While preparing my garage they taped off a few areas. When they were done a couple of small areas had the paint come off. These guys took it upon themselves to call my builder in an attempt to find the exact paint and took a small hinge to a local store to make sure it was a perfect match. They came back with the touch up paint and made our space perfect. I know this is long but there are so many great things to say about Carindal. I can not stress enough how much I would recommend them and their product and service. If you have a need, give them a call. You will not be disappointed

They were great, they gave a 2 hour window and showed up right at the beginning of the time frame, which was unexpected. Nathan that did the work, was super thorough, worked diligently for the 2 days he was here and explained the care process, etc. He was really nice, and my floor looks amazing.
