The team was professional and polite. I give a shout-out especially to Austin and Juan. I do not remember the name of the other member of the team, but he, too, was also professional and polite. The company patiently worked with me twice to reschedule the appointment for the job due to the severe winter storm our area experienced recently. The salesman Killen Gillette also did a thorough job of explaining aspects of the coating process so that all of the details were listed in the contract before the project began
