Pool Surround Decks FAQs
What is a Diamond Pier® foundation?
Diamond Pier is a deck footing system that uses steel pins driven through a concrete head instead of a large poured footing, so there’s far less digging in your yard. Your specialist will tell you if it’s right for your project.
Do I need a permit for a new deck?
Most decks require a permit. Your local team will talk through the permit process for your city.
Composite, vinyl or wood?
It depends on your look, budget and how much upkeep you want. Composite and vinyl don’t need staining; wood offers a classic natural look. You’ll see samples of each during your consultation.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every brand provides a written warranty. Terms vary by brand and material.
